Refund Policy

Here at PCT Southern Terminus Shuttle, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We understand that occasionally plans change, and we want to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. As such, we have instituted a 14-day refund policy that allows our customers to receive a refund (minus the transaction fee) on their shuttle reservation under certain circumstances.


The 14-day refund policy holds the following conditions:


1. Cancellation within 14 days: Customers can receive a full refund (minus the transaction fee) upon emailing us with their plans to cancel their shuttle reservation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date. This allows us sufficient time to offer the seats to other customers. Customers may be eligible for rescheduling options subject to availability, instead of a refund. We will do our best to reschedule you to another date/time in the event your plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. No refund within 13 days: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for shuttle reservations canceled within 13 days of the scheduled departure date. This is due to the limited availability of seats and the difficulty in finding alternative passengers on short notice, with already established travel plans.

  • In the event a flight, or your travel to San Diego is canceled and/or delayed due to circumstances beyond your control and necessitates rescheduling your ride to another date and/or time, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email and/or call us ASAP with your circumstances and/or request.

3. Rescheduling or changes to your reservation: We know that things happen, often in an untimely manner, and intended start dates can change throughout the season. If you find that you need or would like to change and/or reschedule your shuttle ride to another date/time, please email us FIRST. Doing so, will reduce additional cost to you and us. We are happy and able to do this on our end, and will do our best to accommodate your request, provided we have seats available. (OneSpeed@pctsouthernterminusshuttle.com)


Please note the following important details regarding the 14-day refund policy:
1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the reservation.
2. To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service team either by phone or email . We will require the reservation details for verification purposes.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
4. Customers may be eligible for rescheduling options subject to availability, instead of a refund. We will do our best to reschedule you to another date/time in the event your plans change.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional cases, such as severe weather conditions or sudden trail closures, the PCT Southern Terminus Shuttle reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every effort to find a suitable solution for our customers.
